Our terms and conditions for all new customers.

Websites
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to starting your project.

Once payment has been verified we will build your site to a temporary domain.

When the project has been completed we will publish your website to your domain once the full balance has been paid and verified.

We reserve the right to ask you for stage payments when the website build has passed the 50% completion mark where we are either still awaiting further site content from you or the project is of such a large scale, stage payments are necessary.

Hosting
We include FREE hosting for the first 12 months when we build your website. 30 days before its anniversary we will invoice you for payment to cover you for the next 12 months and we will invoice you each year there after.

Failure to renew your hosting will result with your account expiring and the loss of your website on the internet.

Use of Photos/ Images
Please supply your own photos or images. Many Images and photos found on the inernet maybe subject to copyright and carry hefty fines should you use them. If you are reselling products, please check with suppliers to see if they will allow you to use their product images on your website.
